Document History

All the events that happen on each single document are recorded and available inside the document's History tab.

Each record reports the timestamp, a description of the event, informations about the session and the origin of the request.

Not all the users can display this content as it requires the access to the History menu. In addition, you also must be granted the Sessions menu to see the session details.

It is important to note that the events listed here are something different than the versions; infact the majority of events does not produce a new revision fo the document, for instance when a document gets downloaded or viewed these events are recorded but do not produce any version change in the document.
