Zero-Shot

Il modello Zero-Shot consente la classificazione automatica dei documenti in categorie definite dall'utente, senza richiedere un addestramento preliminare su etichette specifiche. Ciò permette al sistema di assegnare dinamicamente i tag in base al significato semantico del contenuto, risultando particolarmente utile per attività di classificazione dei documenti flessibili e adattive.

Come funziona il modello Zero-Shot

Il modello Zero-Shot valuta quanto bene un documento corrisponda a una serie di etichette candidate, sfruttando un modello di elaborazione del linguaggio naturale (NLP) pre-addestrato.

Anziché apprendere da esempi specifici del compito, il modello utilizza l'inferenza del linguaggio naturale (NLI) per determinare se una data etichetta è pertinente al testo di input.

In parole semplici, il processo funziona come segue:

  • Il contenuto del documento viene fornito come input.
  • L'utente definisce un insieme di etichette candidate (tag).
  • Il modello confronta il documento con ciascuna etichetta.
  • A ciascuna etichetta viene assegnato un punteggio di confidenza.
  • Vengono restituite le etichette più pertinenti.
  • Questo approccio consente la classificazione senza riaddestramento, rendendo il modello estremamente versatile in diversi ambiti.
