This section collects all the tickets raised for your installation

Customer Portal - Tickets
 

You can click on the ticket to open the details.

Please note the difference between Duration and Consumption:

  • Duration: how much time elapsed from the moment the ticket got created to the moment it got closed
  • Consumption: the time we spent on the ticket and that will be billed to you

Report

Click on Tickets report to get a report that gives you a statistics about your tickets grouped by month:

Not a Replacement of the Help Desk

This is not a replacement of the Help Desk. You will not get any help from here, and you must continue to communicate with the Help Desk as usual anytime you have an issue. The tickets section of the Customer Portal is not interactive and is just a view on the tickets of the Help Desk to give the customer an evidence about the amounts billed to him for the commissioned professional services.
